The Chef’s Garden has been working with Sollum Lighting for two years, researching high quality vegetable production from several perspectives. We are pleased with the level of collaboration and the results of our efforts to achieve color enhancement, flavor and nutrient density. We are expanding our research work here in our on farm lab and that research will most definitely include Sollum as we look to expand on our concepts of medicinal grade vegetables!
